Alert - Popular Feature

Good Afternoon,

We have found a bug related to when you hover over the filters of the popular feature (it will appear white on white). We are working on a resolution and we hope to have it deployed next Thursday (11/14).

Also, there seems to be a conflict with color themes and popular feature.  If you turn on the popular feature and notice that the 7 days filter is blank and the lines to the right of each of the pages is black, you may need to reselect your color theme.  This should fix the problem.

If you find any other problems, please report them to the service desk (pahelp@egov.com).

Thank you for your patience!

We suggest reviewing the size of each banner image and reducing to around 350KB or less, if possible.

There are plenty of free tools to help reduce the size, however, we recommend ShortPixel.

If you have any questions, please reach out to the PAI Service Desk.
